Guadalupe Community Partnership’s mission is to provide services and information to the Guadalupe community that will promote healthy lifestyles and reduce risk factors through community engagement, education, and awareness. The Guadalupe Community Partnership envisions a community that is healthy and drug free and will use their resources to collectively reduce the risk factors in the town of Guadalupe associated with health, substance abuse, and child welfare. In the future they would like collaborate with South Mountain Works by engaging both communities through youth peer to peer support and uniting both youth council efforts.
